By purchasing from Bloom Cycle, you grant us permission to photograph or film any product made or commissioned by you, and to use such media on our website, social media platforms, in promotional materials and marketing campaigns, unless you notify us in writing at the time of purchase that you do not wish for your product to be featured.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to display the colours and finishes of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of handmade processes and variations in digital displays, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will exactly match the final physical product. Variations in material texture, tone, and finish are to be expected and embraced as part of our commitment to using reclaimed and repurposed materials.

SECTION 3 – PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or pricing structure without notice. We are not liable for any changes to price or availability once an order is confirmed.

SECTION 4 – CUSTOM AND COMMISSIONED WORK

Commissioned pieces are made to order with consideration to the design brief provided. Due to the handmade nature of our work and the uniqueness of reclaimed materials, each item will vary. While we take great care in the creation process, slight imperfections or differences from concept visuals may occur. These are not considered faults but a reflection of the handcrafted nature of our work.

SECTION 5 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Bloom Cycle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or the inability to use the Service or any products procured from us.
